| Jim (owner and mechanic) takes pride in small family business. I had my brakes serviced, and after about 1 month they were squealing intermittently. Called and asked Jim if that was normal. He told me to bring the car in and he would take a look. After looking at the car, he said he wasn't happy, and he wanted to redo the brakes. Scheduled an appointment, and he redid the brakes at no charge to me, as he did the original work. It a small family business, the mechanics are all knowledgeable and have years of experience. They stand behind their work, and take pride in what they do. It is something that is not easily found in today's world of hurry up. I highly recommend using clays service, this is coming from someone who grew up in a family of mechanics. |
